First and foremost I have a heart for those suffering mental health issues, but if you require daily specialty support and hear voices or battle other identities, I’m not equipped enough and need to conserve my energy for my own wellbeing and instead I can pass on some resources to you. I just went through the most heartbreaking experience of my entire life with the last roommate. Close to Evergreen State College. Very Serene and quiet, that’s the vibe of the whole neighborhood. I have a fluffy orange cat and a 9 lb nonshedding dog, hardwood flooring. You’re welcome to keep the pets out of your room. Single occupant only and no animals, no exceptions. If you have a lot of guests this is not the ideal place for you. It’s the place to unwind and have as a safe sanctuary. Of course you may have a friend or a guest over now and then as long as it’s respectful and quiet Etc. This is a clean and sober place except light cannabis. If you’re stoned all the time to the degree you can’t communicate and you forget things that are safety issues and not functioning that is a terrible fit. I do require a background check before moving in which you can get on here or I can do myself it’s up to you. Your record does not have to be perfect and I realize it doesn’t really reflect accurately on a person either way oftentimes.

I’m in my 40s with some mobility and breathing issues. I work full time in a very burnout prone field. The place is not big and I realize that you’re coming into my stuff and how I have things so that is why your rent is less than half. I believe in communication and awareness and respect of each other’s space. I have my grandchild with me 2 weekends a month. During the nice weather season I’m gone about once a week into the nature like Mount rainier, Gifford pinchot, Olympic National rainforest or the like. ✨️Please respond with a bit about yourself, what you do with your time and what your looking for in an ideal roommate situation.
