LOCATION: *Clinton….close to Fresno City College=walking distance 10-15 min, Starbucks, Smart and Final, and Family Dollar. *Two blocks to four- way FAX bus stops off Blackstone and Clinton. *10 min drive to VA. *20 min drive to airport. *Access to multiple affordable laundry mats in community. *15/20 min to Tower District. REQUIREMENTS: *= Initial virtual face to face meeting-ready to exchange emails, approximately 40 min of time is required. If you pass the phone/zoom interview process then a application budget of background check. Address will not be disclosed unless you have been approved=for the safety of resident and neighbors. 2). Sound system use  Noise levels may not disturb residents/guests/neighbors after 10pm -7am unless otherwise specified with roommate and neighbors. *LISA’S NEEDS AND INVENTORY Shared areas (bathroom, living-room, dining area, kitchen, and front porch or breezeway) Discussed Living Areas aesthetics-design and maintenance: Lisa’s roommate #1 needs/Communication: 1.> As the home is my sanctuary-beauty symmetry, balance and aesthetics in modern urban/contemporary/Asian/Feng Shui themes mean comfort and ease for me. 2.> Taking off shoes in the entry way when we come home-keeps the home clean-orderly and respectable and it’s startling to Lisa to have shoes clomping around our home=PTSD trigger. 3.> If cook meals for self-clean up after self if a meal is shared the cook cooks and recipient cleans up-if special meal is offered the recipient is not obligated to replace it with equal or lesser value. 4.> If anything is broken or damaged the person responsible will communicate within a timely manner within 7-10 business days and makes notable efforts to remedy the situation. 5.>After each shower use expand shower curtain and leave expanded to dry to prevent mold. 6.>Place all clean dishes in dishwasher to dry daily.

Something I consider is>>> if the individual is unwilling to initiate a face to face meeting via zoom then the renter isn’t serious about renting.
