Hello, we have a split-level, 4br 2b house, in Wyoming, MI. My partner, our dog and I live downstairs (he stays by us and will be downstairs when we arent home). We’re an open minded younger couple who enjoy the outdoors, hanging with friends, the occasional cold beverage, adventuring, relaxing, and embracing the positives in life. We work first shift and are ideally looking for a roommate with a similar schedule. Upstairs, we have 3 private/locking bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. Currently, we have one amazing roommate in his late 20’s and his cat that occupies one room. One room is used as my partners office and the other is available to be rented out! There’s some storage space as well as a washer and dryer downstairs that can be used at your discretion. We are located minutes from 131, in Wyoming, and across the street from a nice, spacious park. We also have an offstreet parking spot for you to use as well.

Ideally, we’re looking for a roomate in their 20’s-mid 30’s who works fulltime, is clean, respectful, no dogs (other pets may be considered), and single occupancy preferred. 

    •    Rent would be $725 (Wifi/Utilities included)     •    Looking for a 6 month lease with the option to renew.     •    First Months rent and Security deposit (1 month’s rent) due upon move in.

He warms up to people pretty quick and is friendly with dogs and cats (he will be downstairs when we arent home).
