Closer to where you work, very spacious, private, low crime, around restaurants and events and things to do. Less than 10 years old so basically new. Own bedroom and bathroom.

We would have to look together to find what area works for the both of us. As long as its close to work and has a clean new bathroom I’m not too picky.

I personally just need to finally get out on my own My only thing is once I get a 2nd job I will be looking to move somewhere even more expensive which would be my final move. This 1st one will only be a few months. Females only because I am willing to sleep in living room on air bed and let you have you’re own room. It would be too weird doing that for a guy. I just need a place away from my parents where I can start making more money with more freedom. When I’m home all I do is listen to music, game then go to bed. When I do go out I just ice skate , go to whole foods then, to work. Right now I’m bringing in 1k to the table and that’s with bills paid. Once i have a second job it will easy be close to 2k. I’m willing to pay 800 to 900 Hundred if you’re willing to pay $700 to $800 a month which would put us at $1400 for a nice place. Then I can have my own bedroom!!
