Also it has its own bathroom , shared washer / dryer and kitchen parking space is also available. Rent is a month to month basis with a sign agreement just give a two week notice when leaving. Price $ 800 including utilities .

AM Looking for a single quiet , CLEAN, GODLY person. No pets allowed, even though I have a Cat am highly allergic to Animals. No smoking, drinking drunks no drug addiction don’t bring other people who will keep coming and going is a private home with limited space and is very quiet.

The space is limited so only bring simple personal belongings that is will use every Day the kitchen is also equipped with whatever you need to used.
