The room is in a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom townhome Kitchen, washer and dryer access. Parking is first come first serve but there is always parking spots available around the complex
Shared shower but downstairs bathroom is the one I use so you’ll have the upstairs bathroom to yourself.
Guests and overnight guests okay as long as I know about them ahead of time. Smoking only outside please. There is a pool in the complex with a jacuzzi.
The area is quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Haven’t had any trouble with neighbors.
I am a woman in my early 30s. I have a pretty positive outlook in life and I hope to find someone that brings in positivity and great energy to this home. I don’t require we have to be friends and have long conversations, but would be nice to be friendly hellos and byes. I never want anyone to feel out of place, so I try to be as welcoming as I can and ask the same in return. I don’t have any dogs but I do occasionally dog sit. I have work trips so sometimes you’ll have the place to yourself. I am quiet and don’t have guests over much. My bf does stay over at times but can discuss more in person so you feel comfortable. I had a great roomie for the last 2 years, she just moved in with her significant other. Looking for someone that is chill and quiet and gets along well.
