I am looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom furnished apartment that has one bathroom in which you would have the second bedroom (not furnished). Of course, you will have full access to the living area including the kitchen. I am asking $750.00 per month which may change if there is an increase in rent, utilities, internet and television. Inclusions also include parking and rubbish pick up. This apartment is in downtown Lapeer with it’s multiple opportunities for entertainment, restaurants and walking spaces.
