About the property
1-bedroom home (second bedroom will not be accessible) with 1 bath. New renovations, and fully furnished. My friend lives in the ADU apartment downstairs with a separate entrance. This is the entire main level, during most of the time, you will not need to share bathroom, or living areas. I leave for the winter from December to March . Ideally, looking for someone who works on the mountain or is a skier/boarder and is just looking for winter. But if you need dates a little before and after, we can work something out. You will be asked to keep the porch and walkway shoveled, but driveway will be plowed. You will be asked to keep plants watered (schedule and instructions will be given) I would consider a small, well-behaved dog, but there will be an additional fee and deposit. Must have references and allow for a background check
