One 11’ x 13’ bedroom on main floor with semi-private, full bathroom. $1200 depending on length of stay and furnishings.
The home shares a private cul-de-sac with only two other homes with ample parking and a possible option for one garage space.
Chris (home owner): When not working in the audio visual and entertainment industry, I dance (Country, Swing/Lindy Hop, …) multiple nights a week, am an avid movie goer, foodie and gourmet cook, time permitting, ski (Epic Pass, ex Ski Instructor and happy to teach), whitewater kayak, mountain bike, hike, … I would welcome housemates with shared interests.
Ideal housemates would share the same values of respect, cleanliness, communication, and professionalism, and be similarly easy-going and active outside the home.
Currently no pets live in the house.
