I will be the only other person living in this beatiful Townhouse. I own a beautiful home in San Elijo Hills as well, that my Ex-wife and son live in. I visit him at my other residence, so it is rare that he comes to my Townhouse. I have a girlfriend & I spend time at her house on some weekends. I work a lot and go to my gym after work so I am not at home very much. My profession is in Finance which keeps me very busy and I work quite a bit. You will probably be at the house more than me. Great location, only minutes from La Costa Town Center. Less than 5 min drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. This beautiful home is approximately 15 minutes from the Beaches.

Also, approximately 10 minutes from San Marcos State University & Palomar College. Students are welcome if you’re responsible, respectful & clean.
