Our typical Roomies are professionals or Grad Students who come to New Orleans for work/school. The room currently available for rent is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and its own walk in closet. This bedroom takes up about 1/3 of our home. This bedroom, along with the rest of the house is fully furnished. Currently we have on retired Roomie who was formerly a librarian from the city of New York. Current Roomies prefer someone who is respectful, clean/picks up after themselves, and quiet.
