Also on the second floor is the shared full bathroom with shower, clawfoot tub, and washer/dryer. On the first floor is a half bath, spacious kitchen and living area, and sunroom. Two guinea pigs also live in the house on the first floor! There’s a shared private backyard and patio space, and a front porch. Hardwood floors and natural light throughout, tall ceilings, and pet friendly. There is free street parking. Rent is $1,400/month each plus utilities, which are approx $200/month.
