About the room
Welcome to Grove Landing! We are offering a fully furnished room with a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and table. The bathroom is directly attached to the room. All utilities are included in the cost of the room (water/trash, electricity, wifi). We have a large kitchen available for your use. In our garage we have a small home gym if you like to workout. Laundry machines are included in the house and free to use. During the summer, the community has a pool that is available. We have a large malamute and two cats.
About the roomies
My wife and I occupy the master bedroom. I am a bit quiet so I don’t tend to talk too much, but my wife is a very friendly person and will love to get to know you. We have an upstairs roommate, female, who is currently a student and works pretty frequently. She is friendly and makes wonderful food.
