Quiet neighborhood close to Southlakes Park (walking distance to the park), with easy access to Loop 288, and I-35 E. Close to shops, restaurants, etc.
Large common areas, nice and roomy kitchen, spacious guest bathroom with double sink/vanity, also a half bath, and a really great back yard & patio.
Queen sized bed and a dresser with mirror furnished in room.
$850.00 rent $400.00 deposit (refundable) $50.00 pet fee
(Rent amount includes all bills: electricity, water, internet, etc.)
About the roomies
Iām a really nice person, if I do say so myself. Haha Iām a musician and a songwriter (as a hobby). In a wheelchair since a car accident in 2012. I work from home quite a bit, but I keep to myself, and Iām generally on the other side of the house. May not see me that much. There is another roommate as well. Super nice, friendly guy. Really laid back and clean.
