The space offers shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and parking, with all utilities—electric, water, sewer, garbage, and WiFi—included.

The home is owned by my husband and me—we’re both in our 20s, originally from California, and now settled in Washington for his active-duty military career. He’s a military correctional officer, and I work as an auditor for state and local governments. We’re easygoing, big pet lovers, and even though we won’t be living at the house, we care about creating a comfortable, respectful, and welcoming space for anyone who lives there.
