The house is 3 bed/2bath located less than 5 minutes from Trader Joes and Long Leaf Park. It’s in a walkable neighborhood with a biking and walking trail right out back (you can walk to a coffee shop and bike to the beach!). It’s super quiet and the backyard is an awesome spot to look at the stars at night.
Per month, per person: rent is $654 + internet $27 + electric (varies, usually $50-80 per person) You’ll get the third bedroom, a shared bathroom with a full tub/shower, and a third of all the common spaces to add your vibe to the place / use as storage. There’s plenty of space to park and as for the backyard, there is room for a garden if you like!
We are looking for someone who is drama free, gainfully employed, LGBTQIA+ and BLM supportive, and doesn’t have any pets (please feel free to love on ours though!!). Move in as early as December 1st.
