The apartment features two versatile flex rooms—ideal for a living room, office, library, or creative studio, depending on what the roommates agree to use the space for. There’s one shared bathroom with updated fixtures (only a year old) and a bright kitchen with modern, one-year-old appliances. Step outside onto a connected back roof patio, great for morning coffee, evening hangouts, or hosting friends. Bellevue is a friendly, walkable neighborhood that’s growing fast. You’ll find new shops, restaurants, and cafés popping up all the time—everything from comic book stores and Greek food to hair salons. Landlord and 2 other young women live in downstairs unit. We are friendly but generally keep to ourselves. The downstairs unit uses the parking space in the back while the upstairs unit has “dibs” on spots directly in front of the home.
