I’m renting out a spacious bedroom in my clean, updated townhome. The room gets natural light, has recessed lighting, wood-style flooring, a large mirrored closet, and plenty of space for a queen bed, dresser, and desk. It can come partially furnished with the desk, chair, bookshelf, and floor lamp shown in the photos, or be provided unfurnished.

The home has a bright, comfortable living room, updated kitchen, dining area, in-unit laundry, and a private full bathroom located near the bedroom. There is also an additional half bathroom downstairs. The common areas are fully furnished and have a relaxed, modern feel.

You’d be sharing the home with me! I am respectful, clean, and extremely easygoing. I am working full time in tech and I’m hoping to find someone who is similarly considerate, communicative, and comfortable keeping shared spaces tidy.
