About the room

We recently purchased a ranch-style home on nearly an acre and have completely renovated the bedroom from top to bottom—everything is brand new. The space features a large bathroom vanity with drawers, a newly updated shower, tile work throughout both rooms, and fresh paint. You’ll have your own private entrance and a cozy outdoor spot with a table and chair, so you can come and go freely. This is a private room rental—not a shared house—so you’ll have plenty of privacy and likely won’t see us except if we happen to cross paths in the driveway. This room is available May 2, possibly sooner and can be either furnished or unfurnished, your choice.

The room comes equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. We are conveniently located just 1 mile from EFSC Cocoa.
