We moved from Maple Grove to Monticello recently. This is a 5 bed/2 bath home. I work completely remote and the husband is in and out at work sites and sometimes work from home. We are planning to rent the downstairs/basement bedroom. Currently we have two bedrooms downstairs and the third bedroom is being converted into a kitchen + living room (project is in progress). We have a new puppy at home and he is confined to the upstairs along with me all the time. We come downstairs only for laundry. I cook Indian and my husband is a good chef too. You can enjoy our food if you would like. This home is just beside walking trail, pond, children’s park and dog park. Quiet neighborhood and we are pretty chill. Walmart, Aldi, etc., are about 5 -minute drive from our home.

We are looking for someone with whom we can broach good conversations, and I love walking and exploring this city as I am new to this city.
