Single room for rent in a 5 bedroom 2,300 sq. foot house. Only 2 miles away from SDSU campus so it’s perfect for someone going to state. Room size is 10x10. Kitchen and living room are common areas and can be used by all roommates, as well as washer and dryer. Bathroom you would share with two other roommates. (There is another guest bath downstairs.) Room is $750 plus utilities. Deposit is same as rent. Utilities include gas & electric, trash, water, and wifi. Room is unfurnished (roommate is moving to a different room)
