About the room
Quiet area except for occasional noisy trains. Close to downtown and Gap trail. Very pretty place, also large space for potential garden. Separate guest/TV room, and hang/ work out space in Garage. Furnished. Looking for work exchange rather than rent money.
About the roomies
My mother (93) with dementia, and I (59M) live in the upper level of a duplex. Rent is negotiable, don’t need money as much as someone that will be around if I need to go out for a couple hours in the evening, or weekends, shopping or to a bar, flexible, not a lot of time required, say around 6 hrs a week. She is not difficult and doesn’t require special care, just someone to remind her that I’ll be back soon, or watch a show with her sometimes. She is very sweet, just can’t remember very much. Also we have a cat, so don’t want any more pets. Will ask for references.
