Looking for clean, quiet, and respectful roomies. This is not a party house. This is a private master suite with en-suite bathroom in a neat and uncluttered house with off-street parking included. The room is in a 4 bed/3.5bath house which currently has 2 quiet/professional roommates and looking to fill the 3rd room. The kitchen has quartz countertops and a kitchen nook with a mid-sized table, bar seating, leading into a family room with couch, recliners, and a gas fireplace. The living room has two recliners and a second table. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances/kitchenware and there is designated room in the pantry and refrigerator for each of the roommates. Looking for a quiet, relaxed roommate to fill out the house.

I’m a civil engineer, working primarily on tunneling projects on local projects around Everett, Lynnwood, and Seattle. I’m an avid skier and enjoy getting out into the mountains to explore. At home, I keep the kitchen and common areas clean and neat and try to keep a relaxed attitude around the house. I try to get up early and go to bed at a normal hour around 10pm.
