Spacious living room with large TV and gorgeous balcony overlooking downtown Minneapolis. Kitchen with new oven & dishwasher. In unit laundry. Shared bathroom with a tub, rainforest showerhead, and ample storage space.

Multiple bus stops nearby; 15 minute walking distance to light rail and downtown. Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood but no private/dedicated parking space. Convenience store and coffee shop on the street with another 10 minute walk to nearby bars & nightlife.

All utilities included (yeah, internet too). No couples, no hard drugs, background check for burglary/theft purposes.

My name is Ansel and I’ve lived in Minnesota on and off for over 10 years. I make craft beer for a living and love to unwind by hanging around town, playing/watching sports, spending time outside, or absolutely crushing a new minigolf course.

For living considerations - I’m a decent cook and like to make something once or twice a week. I smoke & grow weed so you’ve gotta be comfortable with the smell of all that. I’m typically only home in the evenings or the weekends but I’m always available by call or text if you need help with something.
