2 spacious rooms $900/ea available and 1 much larger room $1200 per month. We are along the paseos near Granary Square. Within walking distance of CalArts and COC. Masters College is a short distance away as well. All rooms have high ceilings. Rooms have a shared bathroom and a shared living room with a TV, cable and DVR. Utilities are included except internet/wifi. Private pool access also included. Refrigerator and microwave available. Renters insurance required. No pets, overnight guests, drinking or drugs. Smoking permitted but strictly outside. This is a very safe and quite area. Extremely family oriented so any drama will not be tolerated. Asking females only.

This is a quite family home. A couple of my kids are older and have moved out so I’ve decided to share my home with kids attending school and needing a safe place to stay.
