About the room
Furnished Rooms for One Occupant Only, No Couples. We have Four Rooms at The Fairview House Three are on the Second Floor and one is on the First Floor. The rooms include 32 inch ROKU TV Streaming Only, Internet, work space, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, laundry room on site, shared common areas.
- Utilities included,
- 100 dollar security deposit,
- Background check is required. We pay for it.
- Security Cams on the Street, at the Front & Rear Doors.
- Clean linens, towels, and TP provided weekly.
Community Rules
→Pay Your Rent On Time or, No Renewal of the Rental Space will occur if you pay rent late. (Firm),
→You’re responsible for cleaning your room every two (2) weeks or pay $25. We can clean it for you.
→No Overnight Guest - For the Security of our Guests we do not permit overnight stays.
→Smoking and Vaping permitted outside only or the Garage on bad weather days.
→Studying/Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 7AM
→Kitchen, Clean your mess up, no crumbs on the floor.
→Laundry Room, No shoes in the dryer, No Commercial use. We Do Not Supply Soap or Bleach.
→Alcohol in moderation please, 420 friendly
→Use of common areas - living areas (No Food), laundry room, yard front and back, sun room, kitchen.
→No Pets

About the roomies
Laid back couple lives here part time. We are Looking for someone who is employed or a Student at a Local University. We provide a Super Clean environment, positive vibes, City Bus Stop on the Corner out front of the house. Five minutes to downtown, ASU and Huntington are 3 minutes away.
