Furnished room with mounted TV located in a home off 121st and Elm in BA. Furniture can be taken out if you prefer to have your own.

-All Utilities included -WiFi included -your own profile on the tv for prime, Hulu and Disney and netflix included -use of laundry room (provide your own laundry supplies/soap) -Use of main living areas; incl. use of all dishes/pots etc. will have your own cabinet and fridge space for food, etc. -including a mini fridge in your room too -Parking spot in driveway -Private use of hall bathroom (my kids will share my bathroom with me) -bathroom towels, shower curtain, rug included (or you can bring your own and I’ll take mine out).

I will provide and keep stalked all the following and you are welcome to use; (really cause it’s quite silly to have 2 of all this stuff lol) Dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, ziplock bags, seasonings, fridge condiments (everything kept in the fridge door is shareable :)

Room for 1-2 stacks of storage boxes in garage if you need to store some things.

-also includes; Housekeeper comes once a month to do deeper clean type stuff; dust/vacuum/clean all bathrooms+kitchen and main living spaces. Will change your sheet and make your bed too if you want! (This is included in your room rent, if you want it, but not required if you don’t want it.)

Rent due on the 1st of the month, though I would be fine with half on the first half on the 15th. Deposit $500 (NOT last months rent, this will be refunded after move out pending there are no damages/things that need to be replaced/fixed; ruined carpet, large holes in walls, etc.)

I’m a Christian single mom with 2 amazing and very well behaved children (so people tell me) both under 7 yrs old and share custody of kids, they are here half the time. We have 2 very well behaved large indoor/outdoor German shepherds. I am a local business owner, very bubbly, my business requires a lot of energy so by the time we all get home in the evenings, I’m ready to just chill and relax, make dinner, have some country music on, or watch a comedy or sitcom. I am very respectful/nonjudgmental of others and their lifestyle/beliefs, I get along with pretty much everybody. Looking for a roommate that has positive energy and overall happy attitude :)
