• THE PROPERTY: 2-story unit in a duplex, newly constructed. Brand new appliances – stainless steel microwave, oven, refrigerator with built-in water cannister and ice, and washer/dryer. It also has a large, enclosed backyard with a tall privacy-fence, a private patio, private driveway, ample free street parking, and security surveillance. No neighbors. Surrounded by lush green spaces.

• THE NEIGHBORHOOD: It is a very peaceful, calm place to call home or vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, centrally located, but still tucked away from the rest of the city. It is in a small quaint neighborhood on a dead-end street with the surrounding streets also being dead-end roads, so there’s never any random through-traffic or strangers in the neighborhood. There is only 1 neighbor located at the dead end of the street, but no one lives adjacently.

• THE LOCATION: This home is centrally located in the heart of Houston and the most popular Houston airports, hospitals, neighborhoods, and attractions. The home itself located off exit 23B of the 610 Northeast Houston Beltway highway. It is also centrally located between the 6 major Houston highway/thruway roads (Beltway 610, 59/69, 45, I-10, etc) so you always have a way to get to your destination quickly without getting stuck in traffic – its centrally located enough to take the streets and avoid highway traffic altogether .

• HOTSPOTS NEARBY: It is just a 15-20 min drive to both George Bush International Airport (IAH) and Houston Hobby Airport (HOU), situated perfectly between both airports. It is just a 10-15 minute drive to the most popular Houston destinations: Downtown Houston, the Houston Medical Center, Houston Heights, EADO (East Downtown), Montrose, Houston Zoo, Museum District, Herman Park, Galleria area, etc. Only 20-30 min from popular suburbs: Katy, Humble. There is only one other person residing in the home, which is the owner, a middle-aged, female entrepreneur living a quiet, peaceful, healthy lifestyle with minimal guests and no pets of her own, although she is an animal lover. Doesn’t smoke or drink liquor (only wine). Her hobbies include yoga, meditation, outdoor activities, cooking, and plants/gardening. Finishing a doctorate program in holistic medicine.

The owner works from home and is usually present at the property all the time, although her bedroom, office, and private bathroom are located upstairs on the 2nd floor. You will only share the kitchen, living room, and backyard. All other spaces are separate.

House Rules are simple:

1. Keep it clean, courteous, and respectful – no cleaning services are offered. No food or dirty dishes left in the sink, bedrooms, or on the counters overnight to prevent invitation of pests.
2. This is a single occupancy bedroom rental so there are no unscheduled, unmonitored, or overnight guests permitted. All guests must be pre-approved by owner first with full name. No significant others, strangers, casual daters, FWBs, coworkers, etc allowed to stay overnight. Exceptions may be made for family/ friends visiting from out of town.
