About the room
We have a beautifully maintained home in McHenry near Lily Lake and are looking for room rentals to share the space. The home is clean, quiet, and respectful - a great fit for someone who values peaceful living.
There are a few room layout options available depending on preference, including access to either a private or shared full bathroom. One option includes a private balcony.
Shared spaces include the kitchen, grill, laundry, gym area, and comfortable living rooms. Utilities and WiFi are included through a $50 monthly amenities contribution, which also covers water purification and upkeep of common areas.
Rooms are furnished if needed. Keypad locks have been installed for added privacy.
Initial lease term runs 6 months with the potential option to renew for 12 months. Online application available upon request. No pets unfortunately.
