About the room

This may be a rather short-term rental—possibly until March or April, as I hope to sell in the Spring. (Then maybe we’ll rent another home together—in Fayetteville or further south?!)

I am looking to share my home with two Christian ladies. I am 63 years old. Mainly, I am looking for true Christian fellowship with peace-loving and joy-loving, like-minded individuals; My home is spacious and nice, but still modest. You’d each have your own bedroom of course (one person per room.) We would share two bathrooms between the 3 of us—(one is in master bedroom however.) I have a wonderful back deck with a winter lake view and front porch with woods across the street. Short walk to trails as well as small dock and lake access (a bit steep tho.) I also have two dogs—a big Aussie Collie and a tiny Chorkie. They are well trained and absolutely non-aggressive. I’d like us to be able to get to know each other a bit before deciding; The room is partially furnished, with a chair, roll top desk, bedside tables and lamps, artwork on walls. I may possibly be able to provide a bed. West side of town. Near Kingsdale Rec and pool. Also open to renting to someone in need of light assistance. I have caregiving experience.
