Nice fenced in yard private parking in back of house. The bedroom has new queen size bed and pillows, TB and some furniture. Can be used or taken out if new roommate has own.

I’m a 47 year old disabled and divorced woman. I have 3 grown children who visit sometimes but I do have a 4 yr old staffy named Macho he’s my baby and smartest dog I’ve owned, but he can be the only animal in the house. I am a OCD clean and neat freak. The common shared areas I will clean you would be responsible for your room and laundry. The house has central air and new furnace so cool in summer and warm in winter. The rent covers water, gas, electric, wifi, trash, lawn care. As for food, cleaning and hygiene products we could share or separate. I’m a homebody only time I’m gone is to babysit my grand daughter, grocery store or dr appt. I don’t usually have visitors because over the years I’ve learned people are evil so I keep my circle small. I don’t mind visitors just no one can stay the night. Have had 2 roommates that brought men in here that stayed and stayed etc then left me without paying. I’m an honest caring compassionate woman I’ve been through a lot the past 10 years and I’m at a point in my life where I want peace, positivity and love in my life. I like the fact I have a beautiful home that I don’t want to lose so I’m looking for someone who appreciates the same.
