Shared: • Fenced in backyard. • Garage or driveway parking. • Furnished everywhere except your 2 bedrooms, but if you have furniture, we can figure it out bc there is plenty of storage in this place, including the garage. The Place: • 4 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse (~1800 sq ft). • Utilities (including wifi) are usually about $200 per person per month. • Great location around Oak Forest area, which is just north of The Heights. • Connected to a quiet, safe, neighborhood that is perfect for walks (especially around Christmastime). • Walking distance from shops, cafes, and coffee shops. • Relatively easy access to interstates 45 and 610. • My lease is already month-to-month, so your length of stay is negotiable since you’ll sublease from me. • Landlord would allow 1 more pet on the lease with $30/mo pet rent. Must get along with my dog (who is very easy going, but no non-neutered dogs, please). • My old roommate and I would pay for housekeepers 1x/month. It’s the same 3 sisters, so not strangers every month, and they do an incredible job.
