Hi everyone! My current roommate is moving out on June 27th, and I’m looking for someone to take over their room starting July 1st.

About the Apartment: It’s a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom unit on the 2nd floor of a quiet building. It’s a great spot—very private and secure with code-locked entries (no keys to worry about!). We’re tucked away at the end of a quiet neighborhood but still less than a 10-minute drive to downtown.

• Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and updated stainless steel appliances.

• Costs: Monthly rent is $697.50 per person. Utilities usually average between $50–$80/month each.

• What’s included: Water, trash, and sewer are covered in the rent.

• The Room: It’s approximately 10x12.

• Pet Policy: The unit is pet-friendly! Small dogs and cats are welcome, and ESAs are always accepted. Please note that breed restrictions do apply.

About Me (Your potential roommate): I’m a healthcare professional in my mid-20s currently working on medical coding education. I’m pretty chill and mostly keep to myself, but I love watching TV, cooking, and hanging out at home. I enjoy going out with friends occasionally, and I’m definitely 🍃 friendly (though just a heads-up, the landlord does not allow smoking indoors).

What I’m looking for: I’d love to find another female in her mid-20s with a stable job. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy to communicate with. It’s also important to me that you are LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-friendly!

The Details: Move-in costs are a $697 security deposit plus $697.50 for July’s rent (due on the 1st).
