Cozy house in Seabright neighborhood in Santa Cruz. It is walking distance to beaches, restaurants, groceries, nature preserve, bus lines. I have two furnished bedrooms available. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. Common spaces such as living room, dining room, and kitchen is shared wither others. There is a ample of street parking right outside the house.
About the roomies
I have my pad upstairs in the house which has its own bathroom but will share common spaces with housemates. I am an holistic medicine doctor, so my lifestyle is fairly organic, green, close to nature. Its not a party house, I would prefer a quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weekdays and after 10:00 on weekends. I would love to play cards or board games, have dinners occasionally with housemates and cultivate a peaceful and harmonious environment. At the moment, I am the only one living in. the house. There will be a total of three people in the house once both of the vacant rooms are filled.
