About the room
This is a very comfortable bed set up in part of the living room, which is all yours. It is separated by thick blinds to give you privacy. Has a big closet and as good as a private room, except there is no lock.
The previous roommates were all women — students or working professionals — except for one time when it was a man. The home is shared with one other person, a very quiet male, professional, working 8 am to night; who stays in his own bedroom and won’t disturb you at all.
You also have access to the bathroom, TV, dining area, and kitchen. Very clean, hygienic and organized apartment.
Please be respectable, responsible and organized. No smoking, pets allowed inside the building.
