About the room

I’m looking for someone to fill a room in my two-floor, townhouse apartment located in Midtown Sacramento, close to a number of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with full-size kitchen, living room, and app-operated laundry onsite. Small pets are allowed with a pet deposit.

The room is available as soon as possible preferably at the beginning of May, if not the beginning of June. I am transfem, so LGBTQ+ positive roommates are a must, preferably women. I keep a clean, relatively organized home, and enjoy having occasional game/movie nights and sharing a drink together. The ideal candidate is clean, respectful, considerate of shared spaces, and pays rent/bills on time. I’d like to find someone close to my age, but am open to all candidates. I am vaccinated against Covid-19.

The room is approx. 13’x13’ with a small walk-in closet. Room faces East. Approximate rent would be $860/month, which includes WiFi, water, sewage, and garbage. In addition to the rent, SMUD costs vary from month to month but are rarely above $100/person. Street parking is available, and parking permits can be obtained through the city.
