I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease at Old Orchard Apartments, located at 2200 Monroe Street, Santa Clara, CA 95050.

🏡 2 Bedroom · 1 Bathroom Apartment – Spacious layout with a big private balcony, lots of natural light, and plenty of storage.

💰 Rent: $1,682/month (your half of the lease)

💡 Utilities: Not included

🧑‍🎓 Roommate: You’ll be sharing the apartment with my current roommate — he’s a student, very chill, clean, and responsible.

📅 Move-in: Around December, since I’m relocating to another city.

The apartment has amazing amenities — pool, hot tub, gym, gated community, BBQ area, and in-unit laundry.

🚗 Parking: Includes one assigned apartment parking spot, plus street parking available for extra cars.

It’s in a quiet, safe area close to shops, restaurants, and major highways.

🛋️ The living room is already furnished with a couch, TV, and coffee table, but the bedroom you’ll move into is unfurnished, so you can make it your own.

🚭 No smoking allowed inside the unit.

✅ You just need to qualify for the apartment through the leasing office, and it should be easy from there.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with my friend Saeed — he’s a student, very clean, respectful, and easygoing. He keeps the place tidy and is great to live with.
