I’m a non-smoker and looking for the same. No pets on my end, and I’m not looking to add any. I’m pretty easygoing and respectful, but I do take pride in keeping the house clean, organized, and well kept at all times so I’m looking for someone who’s on the same page and will keep their personal space clean. I’m not trying to clean up after anyone, especially in common areas like the kitchen or bathroom. If you use it, just clean up after yourself. No dirty dishes in the sink.

I grill year-round, so the inside stove is basically brand new. I work 12-hour shifts and keep a consistent schedule during the work week. I’m usually in bed around 10pm and up at 5am, so I’m looking for someone who’s cool with keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm during the week. So if you’re a night owl this may not be the best fit for you. I also stay in the city 3–4 nights some weeks, so you’ll have the place to yourself at times.

You’ll have access to the whole house — living room, kitchen, backyard, patio, grill, garage, hot tub, all of it. Washer and dryer in the finished basement.

Requirements are first month’s rent, a $300 security deposit, and your last three pay stubs.
