Single room available on the second floor for one person, with a shared kitchen on the first floor, washer & dryer in the basement, as well as storage space, & one bathroom on each floor.
About the roomies
I rent out the entire third floor, while my brother rents out the other room on the second floor. Both are full time employees, myself a manager at Autozone & he with two jobs nearby the house. Our lease expires November, which can be extended potentially to go longer if the three of us agree to it. 420 friendly, Queer friendly, & interested in finding someone to take over the other vacant room quickly.
If Interested in the third floor to yourself, I would be able to switch to sharing the second floor with my brother, that would go up to $900 a month.
