I’m looking for a FEMALE or COUPLE roommate for $750/mo plus $100 for utilities. My house is in a cozy and quiet Lilburn neighborhood. Convenient location 6 minutes away from downtown Lilburn and 12 from Norcross. Located off Indian Trail Lilburn Rd with restaurants, parks, and cafes and I85 nearby! Price includes a parking spot and the room can be rented month to month. Room can be shared if desired (additional $100/mo for a couple/child). Pet fee is $100/mo for all pets. Room is available ASAP.

Amenities like kitchen, living room, nice backyard and shed, fridge, pantry, laundry room, and bathroom are shared. Plenty of storage space available if needed. Currently 3 ladies + 2 cats are living here, though one and both cats are moving out soon.
