About the room
I’m looking for a roommate to rent out my spare bedroom to. I am in the master which is located on one side of the hallway & the spare room, office & bathroom are all on the opposite side (you will have privacy that way- even though the bathroom is not located in the room, it is right next to it). The house has a small kitchen & living space which we would share. I do have one dog she’s a 9 year old blue heeler who is super smart, sweet & friendly! I would be open to accepting someone who has 1 small wellbehaved, potty trained & not destructive dog. Babs is very friendly & would do fine with any dog that has a similar temperament. There is a doggy door & a small backyard (fenced) with a firepit. The neighborhood also has a pool which you would have access to. This is the perfect spot for a working professional who is very low key.
