Arrangements: Fully furnished. You will have private use of one bedroom and shared access to the rest of the home except for the other bedrooms. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom brick townhome with walled patio area. No security deposit required. Rental period is month-to-month, first and second month due at move-in, with rent paid monthly in advance.
Transportation: Walk friendly, parking available. No driving needed for the grocery store, starbucks, or local favorites like The Lunch Box. Just 2.5 miles from FSU, campus is a short bike ride on nice days and near to public transit.
Utilities: Internet, parking, sewer, and trash are provided, all utilities included in rent.
Pets: No pets. However, we sometimes dog sit a cocker spaniel so there is occasionally a dog in the home.
Household: The home is a residence for a father/son. The father travels extensively and is very infrequently at the property. The son is 23 and lives in the home full time. He is the primary point of contact, a part time student and full time office professional working 8-5 weekdays.
