This is a spacious and beautiful Victorian style home in the NW Portland/Slabtown neighborhood. We have a small fenced backyard, covered porches, storage in the garage, and AC on the second and third floors. Washer and dryer are in the shared bathroom on the second floor. This specific space is the converted attic which spans the full length of the house. It is semi furnished with a king sized bed and has its own mini-split AC unit. There’s enough space for a private living room and it has great natural lighting. Bathroom will be shared with 1 other person. Zone M street parking.

I am a single, independent, and career oriented woman in my mid-30s. I use my home as a space to recharge and reflect and don’t typically have many houseguests. I live with two other women who are mostly aligned with those values. We all operate on our own timelines but have built a strong sense of community together over the years. Both girls are moving out in the coming weeks, so I’m hoping to bring 2-3 new people in. On weekends, I’m typically at home gaming, reading, or crafting. I have a small dog and 2 cats. Pets are welcome, but we’ll need to make sure they all can exist harmoniously.

Household harmony, safety, and privacy, are top priorities for me. I’d like to have an in-person interaction before scheduling tours to make sure it will be a comfortable fit for everyone.
