Built in 2022 with lots of upgrades. Huge patio length of the house, chandeliers, casing, custom closets, extended breakfast bar, custom kitchen bar (for show 😂).

I’m moving back into my Florida house and would love to rent out a room on the other side of the house. I do like to travel some, so I am ideally looking for someone who wouldn’t mind walking and feeding my dogs when they aren’t traveling with me. I’m happy to discount rent in exchange for dog sitting services when I am gone. However, they do have a dog nanny so not a deal breaker.

I’m mostly retired. I have an accounting business that keeps me busy during tax season. I don’t drink or smoke anything, but I don’t mind responsible drinking or 420. I get high on nature and traveling. I love nature, the beach, traveling to visit my daughter, beach front resorts and hiking all over the national parks with my dogs.

Female preferred but open to male. I am looking for strictly roommate status. Nothing further. Just someone clean, go with the flow, easy personality.
