A large private, unfurnished bedroom available in a great location, safe neighborhood, close to Manhattan, Bayonne, and Newark. 35 minutes to world trade center, 15 minutes from the closest path station and directly across from west side light rail station. They are 2 bus lines that go directly to manhattan and journal square path station. It’s super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to a laundromat, parks, and grocery stores.Utilities included water, gas, electricity, internet, sewer, biweekly professional cleaning, and trash.

Currently, it’s me and my cat as I am looking for new roommates in 2026. I work from home and study full time.

I’m hoping to find one responsible, respectful roomie who values a clean and peaceful environment, respects shared spaces, and is mindful about keeping the apartment tidy.
