This is for a 1000sqft room with a private bathroom in an owner occupied home. Amenities include a full sized fridge, electric stove and microwave. The space is in a large home situated on 8 wooded acres in Fredon NJ. 10 minutes from a shopping center and outdoor activities. Cat or dog considers with a 1.5mo security deposit. Onsite laundry. Utilities included. Fiber internet, electricity, propane, oil, well water. We share some as needed expenses like the lawn and firewood but otherwise rent covers everything.
I’m the homeowner and a small business owner in live events. There are two of us here now. The other works weekdays in manufacturing and spends weekends at his boyfriend’s place. We’re both musicians, we don’t use drugs (except cannabis) or drink excessively. We hold social gatherings and house concerts from time to time, but we’re are actually pretty quiet for a couple of noise makers.
There is also a pigeon and a cat that live here.
The vibe is friendly, respectful and fun loving. The house is large and everyone has their own bathroom and shower, so it’s relatively private communal living. We’re looking for a person who is ideally between 28 to 55, and that we can hopefully befriend rather than simply coexist with.
