North natomas area , very quiet peaceful neighborhood/home. two story home 3 bedroom / 3 bathrooms all bedrooms are upstairs plus bathrooms we live in the master bedroom with our own private bathroom so it would be very rare for us to use the bathroom in the hallway upstairs and bottom restroom in the first would be a share restroom for everyone in the home.

I live here with my family it’s 3 of us my husband , my one year old daughter and myself in the master bedroom Just looking for someone to rent out one bedroom or two with the bathroom if needed as well that’s reliable, calm.
