I have one bedroom available in a 5 bedroom place. Alcohol is banned from the premises. This is a commercial building that was converted to residential space about 10 years ago. The building was used as a 420 friendly Airbnb. It was designed to share space and still feel a sense of privacy in your room. This house allows open marijuana use, therefore all residents and visitors must be 21 years of age or older. Exception for Colorado mmj card holders under 21. The room that is available is #5 on the floor plan. Room measures 9.5’ x 15’. All utilities, wifi and cleaning lady are included with rent. Month to month lease, refundable damage deposit equal to one month’s rent. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog. There’s a large kitchen and commons area, fully furnished. Dishwasher and three refrigerators. Room #5 shares a refrigerator with one other person. There are 2 large bathrooms that are shared by the residents. All bedrooms are keyed. A cleaning lady comes every other week to clean bathrooms and spruce up commons areas. Dog owners must clean up after their dog and sweep the floors to keep them dog hair free. Washer and dryer down the basement. Large fenced yard, street parking on side of building near back gate

There are currently three males and one female living in the building. Age range late twenties to early forties. This is a quiet household with working people. There is also one dog, a small female German Shepherd.
