Private room available for sublease available in a house 15 minutes outside of Portland! Huge kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 living rooms, and in - house washer and drier. There is also amazing outdoor space with a huge backyard with a fire-pit!

You would be living with Monica (27, f), Becky (28, f) and Zeke (27, M). Monica (me) is the primary renter on the lease and is subleasing until May 2026, with option for roommates to join the primary lease during re-signing. I work in a homeless shelter in Portland and am in grad school for social work. When I’m not working or in school, I like spending time around the bonfire, going for pretty walks, or doing pottery. Becky is a professional chef, and certified plant mom. She also has a sweet dog named aoli. He is a rescue but is the sweetest boy once he warms up to you! Zeke works in sales and likes to spend time outside and bikes.

We all work different schedules and have general quiet hours of 10pm - 7am to respect each others schedules. We have a great balance of privacy and socializing right now and are looking for someone who can fit into that! It’s neither the type of house that hangs out every day nor the type of house where we all just stay in our rooms, but a healthy balance!

We are looking for someone who is tidy, communicates directly and openly, and kind!
