Showing 1 studio for rent. the studio is a decent size, It has its own private entrance, high ceilings with a curved walls, a full kitchen, and a center island counter top. The entrance is located on a separate driveway from the main house on a lower level. Rent is $1200 per month utilities included for single occupancy, storage closet, and a guaranteed parking space. It will be available the first of January. It will come cleaned and unfurnished.

The studio is private but has full access to the property. the house it is attached to is pretty massive with four stories and multiple balconies. the pictures don’t do it justice. We sit hillside so there’s a view from most parts of the house. the house has many different amenities with endless rooms, and hallways. Theres tons of places to sit down inside and outside to relax. there is also two bar areas to entertain, a pool/ jacuzzi, sauna, four large accessible balconies, barbeques/meat smokers, game room and much more.

we are located In a private neighborhood on the border of chino/chino hills. The house is centrally located to many freeways with both the 71 and 60 less than a three minute drive away. We have many shopping/entertainment Areas within 1 mile in almost every direction. The Shoppes at Chino Hills are an exit away. We are 10 mins from Cal Poly / mt sac, 16 mins from cal state Fullerton. We are also within walking distance of a transportation station to la, and other similar cities

A bit about all of us that live in the main house: We are lucky enough to get to live with like minded people. We are mostly guys in our mid to late twenties. we keep things very clean, and we have a maid to help aswell. We are all working professionals, with responsibilities, and good jobs. Many of us are into things like snowboarding, the outdoors, and sports. The house tends to stay pretty calm and quiet the majority of the time. Finding a place to relax in privacy is extremely easy to find…. although finding someone to talk or hang out with in the evening isn’t hard either. Were all pretty chill, and enjoy relaxing with our time off. Its important to us to have a good atmosphere in the house, and enjoy the people we live with. we plan little things time to time like house bbq’s or game days…… Mario cart on the projector has been a hit as of lately.
